Change Management
Pauseable adopts a Change Management procedure based on Industry Standards. Any changes to Pauseable go through multiple testing phases, with appropriate peer review.
Data Deletion and Destruction
Log files are deleted after 10 days.
Pen Tests
Penetration Tests are taken annually. The process involves:
- Discovery and enumeration of Pauseable
- Automated Vulnerability Scanning
- Manual Web Application Testing to OWASP Application Security Verification Standard (ASVS)
- Reporting
Outcomes are assessed, tracked, logged and remediated by teams within IPI.
Architecture controls
Connection between client and cloud
All connections to browsers, mobile apps, and other components are secured via Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS).
Logging
Logs within Pauseable are held for 10 days. Logs are local to each workstation running the Pauseable client software and held for 10 days. Customers utilising Pauseable can deploy the Monitor dashboard to display agents using Genesys Cloud.
Pauseable can generate troubleshooting log files. The default configuration is to enable log files and store them for 10 days under the user’s local profile. After 10 days, the logs are cleaned up by Pauseable. The log files do not store sensitive information such as card details, API tokens or connection strings.
Access Control
Pauseable requires licensing in two different ways: via the app foundry premium application or a license key provided by IPI. The license key provided by IPI is tied to an OAuth integration client ID created in the customer’s Genesys environment.
For Pauseable to connect to Genesys, the license mechanism is checked and validated at startup. Authentication is then needed to connect Genesys. The authentication is directly with Genesys and requires interaction with the logged-in user. A Username/Password or SSO would be dictated by the customer’s Genesys environment/setup.
Business Continuity
Pauseable is a software application, as such no Business continuity is applicable to this product.
